These Terms explain what you can expect from strategicglue.com and what we expect from you. Please read them before using the Site or our content.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of strategicglue.com (the "Site") and the content, scorecard, forms, and downloadable materials we make available. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Strategic Glue, LLC ("Strategic Glue," "we," "us," or "our").
You may use the Site for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Site and its contents — including the 6 To Fix Marketing Strategy Framework, the 6 To 6 Value Bridge, the six value driver names (Brand Worth, Customer Yield, Category Claim, Demand Engine, Revenue Integrity, and Transferable System), the 6 To Fix Scorecard, our tier structure, our written content, our visual designs, and our trademarks and logos — are owned by or licensed to Strategic Glue and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may view, share, and reference our content for personal, non-commercial use with proper attribution. You may not use, reproduce, or adapt our proprietary frameworks, materials, or methodology to provide competing services without our prior written permission.
If you engage Strategic Glue for services, ownership of work product delivered to you is addressed in your written engagement agreement. AI-generated output produced for your business in the course of an engagement is yours; the underlying 6 To Fix system remains the property of Strategic Glue.
The Site describes our services — including the 6 To Fix Audit (Tier 1), the Documented Strategy (Tier 2), the Full-Service Marketing Department (Tier 3), Consulting, Coaching, and Speaking. All paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement that includes scope, fees, deliverables, timing, and other terms. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, and submitting a form does not create an engagement.
Fees, durations, and deliverables shown on the Site are current as of the Effective Date and may change. The agreement signed at the start of an engagement controls in the event of any conflict with the Site.
The Site and our content are provided for general informational and educational purposes. We make our content available "as is" and do not warrant that it is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for your particular business situation.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, accounting, tax, financial, investment, or business valuation advice. The 6 To Fix Scorecard and similar self-assessments provide directional insight, not professional opinions or valuations. Consult qualified advisors for decisions specific to your business.
Marketing and business results vary based on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, valuation increases, or transaction results from use of our content, framework, or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strategic Glue and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Liability arising under a separate engagement agreement is governed by that agreement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strategic Glue and its members, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
The Site may link to or embed third-party services, including LinkedIn, calendar booking tools, video platforms, and content hosts. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and governed by that party's terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including violation of these Terms. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
